Charlotte Finnegan

Charlotte Finnegan, CMP, currently serves as the Director of Visitor Services at Visit Spokane since September 2007, overseeing the Visitor Center and the Be Spokane Hospitality Training program. Previously, Charlotte held various leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Group Travel & Leisure Sales, Director of Leisure Sales, and Director of National Accounts, where responsibilities spanned leisure travel, group collaboration, and destination management. Charlotte also contributed to Meeting Professionals International - Washington State Chapter as VP Communications and served as a Social Media Coordinator for the MPI Cascadia Conference. Prior experience includes Convention Services Manager roles at Hyatt properties, where Charlotte managed event logistics and client needs. Charlotte holds a degree in Hotel Restaurant Administration from Washington State University.
