Anne Villemoes

Anne Villemoes is a seasoned communications leader currently serving as the Kommunikations- og udviklingsdirektør at VisitDenmark since April 2024. With extensive experience in strategic communication, Anne has operated as a Senior Communications Consultant and keynote speaker through AnneVillemoes.dk since December 2015. Prior roles include VP Group Communication and Branding at Danish Crown, where Anne spearheaded global communication and branding efforts, and Head of Press at FDB, focused on establishing a public voice for the consumer organization. Anne's early career encompassed leadership in press roles at the Danish Consumer Council and the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, complemented by journalistic experience at Morgenavisen Jyllands Posten. Anne holds a degree in Journalism from Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole and completed the Strategic Leadership program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
