Elizabeth Birch

Elizabeth Birch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and success roles across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Visiting Media since August 2023, Elizabeth previously held the same title at Instapage, where responsibilities included managing the customer lifecycle and enhancing retention strategies. During a nearly nine-year tenure at Phocas Software, Elizabeth advanced from Director of Customer Success to Vice President of Customer Experience - North America, achieving remarkable results such as a 95% customer retention rate and the successful launch of new products. Earlier in their career, Elizabeth contributed significantly in client services as a Senior Account Executive at Sales Management Plus and managed comprehensive marketing strategies as Marketing Manager at Maurice Electrical Supply Co. Elizabeth holds a BA in Communications and Sociology from Jacksonville University and is currently pursuing further education through Stanford Continuing Studies.
