Tammy Tarsa has over 13 years of work experience in healthcare leadership roles. Tammy is currently serving as the Chief Clinical Officer at the Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Jefferson Healthcare from 2019 to August 2022 as the Executive Director, where they led operations and represented the department at the hospital level and in the community. Tammy also served as the Statewide Director of Admissions and Referral Intake, overseeing admissions processes and increasing patient census. Tarsa's earlier experience includes leading Integrity Home Health Care/Holli Home Health Care as the Director/Administrator from 2008 to 2018, where they grew the business and managed all operational aspects of the agency.

Tammy Tarsa pursued their education with a focus on healthcare and business administration. Tammy first attended Northwestern Michigan College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing. Following this, they enrolled at Ball State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing. Tammy then went on to Spring Arbor University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. Tammy concluded their educational journey at Central Michigan University, where they pursued a Doctorate degree in Health Administration.
