Bas Versantvoort

Bas Versantvoort currently serves as an M&A Analyst at Visma Benelux since October 2023, contributing to the acquisition of Hix among other deals. Prior experience includes a role as an Analyst at Corporate Finance International from June 2021 to September 2023, where participation in various sales and acquisitions, such as the sale of Enginear to Copus Group, highlights expertise in corporate finance. Earlier internships in M&A at Oaklins and B&R Beurs Erasmus Investment Society allowed for skill development, alongside leadership roles as Chairman of the Investment Group "Negotium Novum" and Teamleider at Albert Heijn. Versantvoort holds a Master's degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by a VWO diploma in Economie & Maatschappij from Niftarlake College.
