Malin Lid

Malin Lid has extensive experience in customer service and support, currently serving as a Service Consultant at Visma Software Norge since November 2021, where responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries via email, chat, and telephone, focusing on software and customer relations. Prior to this role, Malin held the position of Head of Customer Service at K-Beauty Norge AS, managing customer interactions and overseeing social media communications. Additional experience includes providing residential habilitation services at Vestnes Kommune, project work in the HR Department at VARD, and various sales advisor roles at H&M. Malin Lid holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR and Personnel Management from Kristiania University College.
