Florencia Alonso has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Her career began as an Entrepreneur and Brand & Boutique Owner for Mamamona Footwear. In 2014, they took on a Sales Support and Visual Merchandiser role at Swatch Ltd. In 2016, they became a Guest Experience & Operations Lead at Hostmaker. In 2017, they joined WeWork as a Sr Learning, Development & Culture Specialist for LATAM. Florencia was also a Customer Experience & Operations Lead at WeWork. From 2010 to 2012, they attended Espacio Buenos Aires and earned a Produccion de moda degree. In 2018, they returned to Capacitarte to obtain a Fidelización de Clientes degree in the field of Gestión de la atención al cliente. In 2019, they obtained a Desarrollo Organi degree in the fields of Empresa, gestión, marketing y disciplinas afines. Additionally, Florencia Alonso has obtained several certifications, including Customer Service Foundations, Customer Service: Creating Customer Value, Customer Service: Managing Customer Expectations, Customer Service: Managing Customer Feedback, Writing Customer Service Emails, Design Thinking: Customer Experience, Visme Presentation Certification, Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers, and Mentoring Others.
