About the position

The Business Development Rep (BDR) will play a major part in the company's growth. They are responsible for generating highly qualified sales leads and collaborating strategically with sales partner(s) to identify, research and target the right companies and power VISO Trust's growth. Business Development also serves as a talent pool of high potential for many other departments in the company, such as sales, customer success, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize with sales to identify prospects
  • Identify relevant contacts and initiate communication via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Build connections and educate target audience on mobile sales enablement
  • Qualify prospects and schedule sales meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop a strong funnel of quality leads
  • Exceed quarterly sales target
  • Commit to continuous learning and innovation

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous sales experience
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in a results-oriented environment
  • History of exceeding measurable goals
  • Excellent time-management and prioritizing abilities

  • Experience in a B2B BDR role
