Kaustubha Pimplikar has a solid background in sales and business development, with experience spanning over several companies and industries. Kaustubha started their career at Sigmasoft Consulting as a Manager of Sales for Enterprise Solutions. Kaustubha then moved on to Ramco Systems as a Business Manager, focusing on channel sales in the southern region. Following that, they joined NetBusiness Solutions as a Regional Business Manager, where they were responsible for generating revenue from sales of SAP services and licenses in the western region. Kaustubha also established strategic business relations with OpenText Corporation for ECM and SAP Archiving Solutions. Kaustubha later joined Enteg as a Senior Business Development Manager, leading the sales of SAP ERP professional services in the western region and maintaining relationships with clients such as Suzlon Energy and Aditya Birla Group. Pimplikar then worked at Satyam Computer Services as a Business Relationship Lead, where they played a significant role in enhancing SAP field sales relationships and engaging with large PSU and defense accounts. Kaustubha continued their career at Sonata Software as an Area Sales Manager, responsible for driving ERP business in South India before taking on the national management of Microsoft Dynamics. Pimplikar then joined Dynamic Vertical Software as a General Manager of Sales for the West and South regions, focusing on retail, hospitality, travel retail, and entertainment solutions built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform. Afterward, they worked at Leaping Frog Solutions as a Strategic Sales Specialist. Most recently, they held the position of Customer Success Lead at GoldenLion Consulting Services, where they set up the Zoho Services business in West and South India. Currently, Pimplikar serves as the Sales Director for the Asia-Pacific region at Vispera, where they were the first employee and founding member in India. Kaustubha'srole involves utilizing image recognition and analytics to help customers improve their field operations in FMCG and organized grocery retail.

Kaustubha Pimplikar pursued a Senior Management Program in Business Administration and Management, General at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, from 1991 to 1997, Kaustubha obtained a B.E. degree in Instrumentation from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

In terms of certifications, Kaustubha obtained the SumTotal Sales and Pre-Sales Graduation Certification from SumTotal Systems, LLC in April 2020. In October 2016, Kaustubha achieved the MB6-703 Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Trade and Logistics certification and the Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft. Furthermore, in May 2021, Kaustubha completed the HubSpot Sales Software certification from HubSpot Academy.
