David O’Neill

David is the Vice President of Enterprise Compliance Solutions, leading a world-wide team of accessibility experts delivering solutions for corporate clients and governments across the globe. In his role, David focuses on empowering his team with the strategy, technology and resources needed to help clients create products that conform with current accessibility standards.

David has over 30 years of experience in positions of accessibility and technology leadership. Prior to joining Vispero, he held the CEO position at AlwaysAccessible, a provider of cloud-based accessibility software solutions. AlwaysAccessible was acquired by Vispero in 2017 and has since been integrated as the SaaS backbone of TPGi. In preceding years, David served as the General Manager for accessibility consulting at American Foundation for the Blind where he advised Fortune 50 firms on how to implement programs for accessibility at enterprise scale. Prior to his work with AFB, he held executive positions in a number of private and public companies, working hands-on with cross-functional teams to achieve tangible outcomes and customer success. David is a recognized expert in the field of accessibility with a history of participating in industry conferences and various W3C WAI initiatives and taskforces.

David graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
