Narayana Vijesh Ravindran has a diverse work experience in program management and product development engineering. Most recently, they work for Vispero™ as a Program Manager, overseeing the development and introduction of new products.

Prior to that, Narayana worked at Ford Motor Company as a Technical Program Lead from December 2019 to June 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading new program introductions, solving cross-functional challenges, and translating corporate strategy into product roadmaps. Narayana Vijesh managed program planning, project risk assessment, and implemented corrective actions using tools like JIRA and Bill of Materials.

Before joining Ford, Narayana worked at Tenneco Inc. as a Product Development Engineer from May 2015 to November 2019. Narayana Vijesh led the mechanical design and development of a High Frequency-HV New Product Plasma Electro-Mechanical Ignition & Exhaust Powertrain Component. Narayana Vijesh also conducted 3D flow analysis and developed high voltage electro-mechanical connectors for high-temperature environments.

In addition, Narayana worked as a Congress Correspondent for ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) from November 2014 to October 2016.

Narayana Vijesh Ravindran, PMP obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, studying from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Narayana also holds various certifications. Narayana Vijesh obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2021. Furthermore, they achieved a Certificate of Achievement in GD&T from SAE International in August 2016 and acquired an Engineer in Training certification from NCEES in January 2015.
