Victor Dien Esquivel

Victor Dien Esquivel is an experienced professional in operations management and engineering, currently serving as the Plant Manager at Visscher-Caravelle since November 2022. Prior to this role, Victor held various positions at Flex, including Engineering & Business Excellence Manager and Production Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing processes and leading operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Victor also gained experience as IT & ERP Manager at AGM Durmont Mexico and IT and ERP Specialist at AGM Automotive. Academically, Victor holds a Master’s degree in Operations Management and Supervision from ADEN University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
