Theo Haksteen

Theo Haksteen has extensive experience in purchasing management, currently serving as the Purchasing Manager at Visser & Smit Bouw since December 1985. In addition, Theo holds the positions of Head of Purchasing Department and Civil Purchasing Manager at VolkerWessels Bouw & Vastgoedontwikkeling, starting in January 2005. Theo is also a member of The National Procurement Platform VolkerWessels BVGO. Educational qualifications include NEVI I and II, completed between 1997 and 2002.
