Sara Filseth

Sara Filseth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sara most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Vissim since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Operasjonsdirektør/COO for Byggteknologi og utvikling at GK from February 2022 to April 2023. Sara also held the position of Head of GeoEngineering at TerraTec AS from August 2017 to February 2022. Before that, they had multiple roles at Telenor, including Head of Price & Portfolio, Fixed & TV, Head of Broadband and Voice, Fixed & TV, Director Products Sourcing, and Global Sourcing Project Manager. Sara initially started their career as the Head of Data Capture at TerraTec AS in August 2011, and prior to that, they worked as the Head of IT Fixed Billing at Telenor Norge AS from April 2004 to July 2011.

Sara Filseth completed their MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management at Linköping University from 1995 to 1999. In 2017, they obtained a certification in the Strategy Execution Program from INSEAD.
