Cathy Fangman

Cathy Fangman, MSM, currently serves as VP of Aviation Recruitment at Vista America since September 2022. Prior to this role, Cathy held the position of Director of Human Resources at Red Wing Aviation from March 2018 to September 2022. From June 2003 to February 2018, Cathy worked as Manager of Medical Staff Services and Provider Recruitment at Winona Health, where responsibilities included recruiting, credentialing, and enrolling providers with health plans. Cathy earned a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
