Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Vista College Prep is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering an inclusive and equitable school environment. Comprised of key roles such as the Founder and Executive Director, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Schools Officer, and two Principals in Residence, this team collaborates to design and implement policies that support VCP’s mission of providing a high-quality, rigorous education to all students regardless of their background. Their efforts focus on maintaining a rich curriculum, overseeing social-emotional learning initiatives, and engaging families in the educational process.
