Megan Dell

Megan Dell currently serves as the Senior Director of Design at Vista, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Megan held various senior design positions at 99designs from April 2016 to August 2023, including Senior Director of Design, Director of Design, and Head of UX. At REA Group from October 2014 to April 2016, Megan led user experience for mobile apps and personalisation, and also served as User Experience Lead for realcommercial.com.au at Australia Post in 2014. Earlier experience includes roles at MYOB, Tigerspike, and Stamford Interactive, where Megan worked as a UX Designer and Consultant, collaborating with notable clients such as Sensis and ANZ. Notably, Megan started at Suncorp as a Website Administrator before advancing to ECommerce Business Partner. Megan holds a Diploma of Arts in Graphic Arts from the Institute for Design, Entertainment, and the Arts.
