Colin Whiteman

Colin Whiteman joined Vista Equity Partners in 2017. Mr. Whiteman is responsible for the structuring of transactions across all of the Vista product lines. He is also responsible for tax compliance for the Vista funds, including global information reporting.

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Whiteman worked in the New York and San Francisco asset management practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). While at PwC, Mr. Whiteman worked with private equity, hedge fund, regulated investment companies and business development corporations on tax consulting and compliance projects.
