Godfrey Gill

Godfrey Gill is the current Managing Director at Vista Equity Partners. Godfrey has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, working in various positions such as Analyst, Vice President, and Managing Director.

Godfrey started their career as an Analyst at Kingdon Capital in 1999. Godfrey then moved to Goldman Sachs in 1994, where they worked their way up to Vice President. In 2004, they left Goldman Sachs to start their own investment firm, Keel Capital. After successfully growing the firm to $200 million in assets and 10 employees, they joined Karsch Capital Management as Managing Director in 2007. In this role, they were responsible for sales and marketing, and offered buy and sell recommendations to institutional clients.

In 2013, Godfrey joined Lyrical Partners as Managing Director. In this role, they managed and developed relationships with institutional investors, primarily in North America.

Godfrey has a deep understanding of the financial industry and extensive experience working with institutional investors. Their knowledge and experience have helped him succeed in their current role as Managing Director at Vista Equity Partners.

Godfrey Gill has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Howard University. Godfrey also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Howard University.

They work with Christine Pastore - Managing Director, Julian Bostic - Managing Director, and Pat Cronin - Vice President. Their manager is Greg Myers, Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Capital & Partner Solutions.
