Katie Hurley

Katie Hurley joined Vista Equity Partners in 2023 and is responsible for all aspects of human capital management for the employees within Vista’s Firm Operations and Capital & Partner Solutions teams, including talent management strategy, employee engagement and performance management.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Hurley was a Principal at Pzena Investment Management, where she advised on learning and development, performance, DE&I strategy, engagement and culture, and strategic talent management within the company.
