Lilith Rubin Pérez

Lilith Rubin Pérez serves as the Operating SVP for the Flagship Fund at Vista Equity Partners and holds the position of Managing Director, Go To Market Practice Leader, and Member of the Vista Value Creation ELT. Previously, Lilith worked as an Executive Director for Go To Market and Diligence at the same firm. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Corporate Strategy and Development at CEB, now Gartner, and serving as an Independent Consultant for Strategic Partnerships at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Lilith began a career at McKinsey & Company within the Social Sector Office. Academic credentials include a BA with a double major in Political Economy and Philosophy from Tulane University and further education at the University of Cambridge.
