Max Bulger

Max Bulger is an experienced executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Product and Technology at Vista Equity Partners since April 2024. Prior to this role, Max held the position of Partner at EY-Parthenon from 2018 to 2024 and was an Engagement Manager at CiBO Technologies, a computational agronomy startup, from 2017 to 2018. Earlier career experience includes roles as Product Manager at Button, Inc., where mobile monetization products were developed, and Wildcard Inc., where Max was the first Product Manager for a team focused on semantic classification. Additionally, Max served as a Product Manager at eBay, specializing in personalization, identity, and geolocation services. Max holds a B.S. in Cognitive and Brain Science from Tufts University.
