Nancy Whalen

Nancy Whalen joined Vista Equity Partners in 2017. Ms. Whalen is responsible for all aspects of human capital management for employees of Vista Consulting Group, including setting talent strategy, recruiting, employee engagement and performance management.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Whalen was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, serving as lead Human Resource Business Partner for Enterprise Operations. Before her time with Goldman Sachs, Ms. Whalen was a senior member of the people analytics team at McKinsey & Company, led recruiting communications at AIG, and held Human Resources research and consulting roles at CEB (now Gartner).
