Sara Davies

Sara Davies is a seasoned professional in technology recruiting with a diverse background encompassing various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Recruiting at Vista Equity Partners, Sara has also contributed as an Advisory Council Member at Syelo and founded Emsworth Group, where Sara focused on technical recruitment. Previously, Sara held significant positions at Point72, including Head of Technical Recruitment and Technical Recruiting Manager, and served as the Head of Technology Recruiting for the New York Mets. Sara holds a BA(Hons) in Business and Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University, completed between 1996 and 2000.
