Kenneth Formosa Ventura

Kenneth Formosa Ventura has over 25 years of work experience in various HR roles. Kenneth is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Vista Global and VistaJet International since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Coach & Master NLP Practitioner at Tranceformational Coaching from 2013. From 2010 to 2020, Kenneth held leadership positions at Baxter Healthcare and Baxter International, including Director of Human Resources EMEA and HR Director for Malta, North French Africa, and Greece. Kenneth'sroles involved providing strategic and operational HR leadership, business partnerships, and integrating operational excellence practices within manufacturing setups.

Kenneth Formosa Ventura completed their Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Malta between 1992 and 1995. Kenneth then pursued a Master of Science degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London from 2002 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Kenneth obtained several certifications in June 2013. These certifications include being a Certified Master NLP Coach, a Certified Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a Certified Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy.
