María Laura Cicchelli

María Laura Cicchelli began their career in 2007 at Deloitte Argentina, where they worked as a Senior Auditor, specifically focusing on commercial audits within the oil and gas industry. María Laura was also a part of the team at YPF S.A. from October 2007 to October 2010.

In 2012, Cicchelli joined GDF SUEZ as a Business Controller, providing support and advisory services to operational companies in the LATAM region. María Laura analyzed investment projects to determine their viability, evaluated accounting treatments under IFRS, and provided ongoing technical and accounting support to company administrations. María Laura also assisted in coordinating the internal control process and implementing group policies and procedures.

Cicchelli then moved to Pluspetrol in 2013, where they held the position of Senior Account until May 2018.

Since June 2018, they have been working at Vista Oil & Gas, initially as an Accounting Coordinator and later as the Head of Accounting and Reporting.

María Laura Cicchelli has a comprehensive education history. In 2002-2007, they pursued their studies at the University of Buenos Aires and completed a degree in Contadora Pública. María Laura also furthered their accounting knowledge by completing a Posgrado en Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad y Resoluciones Tecnicas in 2011 at UBA. María also dedicated time towards improving their English proficiency, earning a Business Exam Certificate (BEC)-Nivel Intermedio - Vantage from the University of Cambridge in 2006-2008. María Laura also obtained an Examen Internacional: First Certificate Exam (FIRST) in 2003-2005, also from the University of Cambridge.
