Carlson Erik

Carlson Erik has a strong background in manufacturing engineering and operations within the ammunition industry. Carlson began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at ATK - Federal Cartridge in 2005, and later moved on to become a Product Development Engineer at the same company in 2008. In 2012, they joined ATK as a Product Development Manager, where they gained valuable experience in managing and overseeing product development projects. In 2016, they transitioned to Federal Premium Ammunition as the Director of Product Engineering before joining Vista Outdoor Inc. - Federal Ammunition in 2018 as the Sr Director of Operations. Their most recent role is with Vista Outdoor Inc. as the Sr Director of Manufacturing Engineering starting in 2023.

Carlson Erik has received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Carlson is currently pursuing a Black Belt degree at the University of St. Thomas, with an expected completion in 2022.
