Kelly Kolb

Kelly Kolb is an accomplished operations and human resources professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Value Stream/Operations Manager at Vista Outdoor Inc. since February 2015, Kelly oversees all operational aspects of pistol manufacturing, managing a workforce of approximately 400 employees and multi-million dollar budgets. Previously, Kelly held various HR leadership roles at ATK, including Director and Senior Manager of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, talent management, and employee development for a workforce of 1,160. Kelly's early career includes roles in operations supervision and management, demonstrating a strong foundation in productivity and efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Production/Operations Management and Human Resources Management from the University of Idaho.
