Michael Olin

Michael Olin has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance industry. Michael most recently served as the Head of Global Compensation at Vista Outdoor Inc. starting in January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from 2004 to 2020, holding positions such as Sr. Director - Compensation / Registered General Principal and Manager - Planning/Forecasting. Before joining Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., they worked at American Express Financial Advisors, where they held roles such as Senior Financial Analyst and Business Analyst.

Michael Olin has a BA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Metro State University. Michael obtained a FINRA Series 24 License and a FINRA Series 7 License from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in 2015. In 2014, they completed the Executive Presence Mastery Program from Bates. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2005.
