Liz Coffelt has extensive experience in operations, human resources, and professional development. Liz began their career in 1995 as the General Manager of the Aragon Entertainment Center in Chicago, where they were responsible for providing over 50 large-scale events each year. In 2006, they took ownership stake in a management company that operated 25 assisted livings in 3 states. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as the Director of Student Services at Worsham College and as the General Manager and Vice President of Service Corporation International. In 2017, they became the Managing Partner of Becker Ritter Funeral Home. In 2020, they became a Faculty Member at Lake Washington Institute of Technology. In 2021, they became a Buyer at The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. and in 2022 they began working as a Senior Operations Support Executive, Organizational Development, and Regional Market Executive at Vista Springs.

Liz Coffelt has a varied educational background. Liz obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Liz then earned a Paralegal Certificate from the Washington Online Institute of Learning (WOLI). Following that, they attended Worsham College and obtained licensure in Funeral Service and Mortuary Science. Liz then attended NorthCentral University and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an HR concentration. Currently, they are seeking SHRM-SCP Certification from SHRM.
