Lou Andriotti

Lou Andriotti has had a long and successful career in the healthcare industry. Lou began their career in 1999 as Senior Vice President of Ancillary Services Group at Kindred Healthcare, where they were responsible for crafting and leading enterprise-wide process design/redesign projects for rehabilitation and ancillary services in over 300 skilled nursing facilities and 150 external management contracts. Lou then moved on to LifeHOUSE Properties in 2004, where they served as President & CEO and took the company from five properties on the verge of bankruptcy to one that grew into an organization of over 25 assisted living communities and skilled nursing facilities with 2,500 employees across three different states, achieving $120.0 million in revenues annually. Most recently, in 2012, they became CEO of Vista Springs, where they are responsible for consolidating a portfolio of seniors housing and care communities.
