Lara Snow

Lara Snow has a diverse work experience in the medical staffing industry, primarily focused on government contracts. Lara started their career as a Government Contract Associate at Medical Doctor Associates, where they managed various aspects of physician staffing contracts. Lara then joined The Royster Group, Inc. as the Director of Government Services, overseeing business development and contract acquisition for the company's healthcare staffing division. From there, they joined Harris Medical Associates as a Senior Project Manager and Physician Recruiter, streamlining their Government Clinical Support Services division and significantly increasing revenue. Most recently, Lara worked at VISTA Staffing Solutions, Inc., first as the Principal Scheduling Director - Government Division and then as the Director of Government Accounts. In these roles, they were responsible for managing government contracts, driving new business development, overseeing contract negotiations, and implementing service delivery programs.

Lara Snow pursued their education chronologically, starting with Gwinnett Technical College from 2003 to 2005. During this time, they focused on Organizational Leadership, specifically in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. After completing their studies at Gwinnett Technical College, Lara decided to further their education at Oglethorpe University from 2005 to 2007. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, with a combined focus on Business Administration and Behavioral Science. Lastly, Lara Snow enrolled at The George Washington University from 2022 to 2025, where they successfully earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
