Larry Lincoln

Larry Lincoln, AICP, CFCM has extensive experience in information technology and strategic facilities consulting, having been a Board Member and Partner at VISTA Technology Services Inc. since February 1997. Throughout a distinguished career, Larry has held various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President/COO, and Vice President, focusing on decision support solutions, data analytics, regulatory compliance, and real property asset management. Prior to VISTA, Larry served as a Senior Program Manager at General Analytics Corporation and held multiple project management roles at Amperif Corporation, HDR, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Larry's educational background includes degrees from institutions such as the University of Southern California and U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, complemented by military engineering and unconventional warfare training.
