Nick Johnston is an accomplished planning professional and dedicated water polo coach with extensive experience in program development and community engagement. Currently serving as an On-Call Planner and Associate Planner at RRM Design Group and the Head Coach for the RBVHS Boys Water Polo team, Nick has a strong background in both coaching and planning. Previous roles include City and Regional Planner at Dudek and CivicSpark Fellow focused on environmental justice and resilience planning. Nick's diverse skill set encompasses community outreach, climate adaptation planning, and product optimization in sports-related contexts. With an education foundation in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University and a Master of Education in progress at Alliant International University, Nick is committed to fostering community growth and excellence in athletics.
