Jacob Ramiscal

Jacob Ramiscal is an Implementation Manager at VistaCare Communications, contracted with Bell's Access Engineering Department since July 2021. Previously, Jacob served as an Outside Plant Engineer in Training (EIT), where responsibilities included designing telecommunication networks using GIS software and ensuring quality assurance of fiber optic designs for projects under Bell and XCI. Jacob has a military background as a Corporal in the Princess Louise Fusiliers with the Canadian Armed Forces from November 2015 to March 2022. Additionally, Jacob worked as a Student Civil Engineer with Halifax Water from September 2019 to April 2020, contributing to a hydrological analysis project that earned the Engineers Nova Scotia Senior Project First Place Award. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Diploma of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Saint Mary's University.
