Anita Atias

Anita Atias currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Vistage Israel since September 2020, focusing on supporting high-performing CEOs in leadership development and company growth. Previously, Anita held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Procurement at Online Trading Academy from November 2005 to May 2023, overseeing a human resources function for over 1,000 employees globally and managing a substantial training and recruiting budget. Earlier roles included Director of Human Resources & Operations and Human Resources Operations Manager, where Anita was instrumental in establishing HR processes and systems in a rapidly growing company. Anita is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at the University of Southern California and holds an L.L.B. in Law & Communication from the University of Haifa.
