Lindon Crow Jr

Lindon Crow Jr has extensive experience in leadership and mentoring, currently serving as Chair at Vistage International since 2011, where duties include facilitating and coaching Chief Executives and Business Owners toward personal and business excellence. As the Founder and Owner of Productive Learning since July 1992, Lindon transitioned from President to mentoring the new President and executive staff while upholding core company values. Additionally, experience as a Trainer at The Summit Organization from December 1983 to June 1992 involved leading workshops and sales initiatives. Lindon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 1979.
