Lorne Epstein

Lorne Epstein is a seasoned social scientist and researcher with extensive experience in organizational development and training. Currently serving as a Social Scientist and Researcher at Electric Cow since December 2009, Lorne has facilitated Uncovering Unconscious Bias workshops for over 60,000 participants worldwide, focusing on reducing workplace bias through experiential learning. In addition, Lorne holds the position of Vistage Speaker, delivering workshops that enhance decision-making by addressing unconscious bias. Between April 2016 and April 2021, Lorne hosted The Lorne Epstein Show, sharing informative workplace stories with various guests. Lorne's early career includes seven years as an Emergency Medical Technician in New York City. Academically, Lorne is pursuing a Master of Arts in Cognitive Neuroscience and holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University.
