Mila Benson currently serves as a Relationship Manager at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., where collaboration with over 50 Vistage Chairs enhances membership experiences for numerous members nationwide. Previously, Mila held roles as a Client Services Advisor and Learning & Development Specialist within the same organization, leading training projects that significantly improved registration processes. Experience extends to River City Food Bank as Program Coordinator, managing volunteer operations, and Pacific Crest Trail Association as Volunteer Programs Outreach Associate, focusing on volunteer recruitment and public engagement. Additional roles include Team Leader and Learning & Development Coordinator at City Year, where support and training were provided to a team of service members, and academic tutoring for disadvantaged students. Mila's early career included customer service roles at Qualfon and lead server responsibilities at Ugly Fish Asian Bistro. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Communication & Sustainability from Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts in Organizational Communication from North Idaho College.
