With additional roles as Director of the Board Catalyst Institute at Aly Sterling Philanthropy and Principal at Best People Solutions, Sara Best has provided strategic consulting and training to enhance organizational effectiveness. Early career experience at Harbor Behavioral Healthcare as an Employee Assistance Consultant laid the foundation for expertise in social work, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University and a Master of Administration and Social Work from Eastern Michigan University.
