Tim Gelder

Tim Gelder is an experienced executive and accounting professional with a diverse background in business management and development. Currently serving as a Vistage CE Group Member at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since April 2023, Tim also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Barden & Robeson Corporation since May 2005 and is the Managing Member of Gelder Companies, overseeing rental real estate and construction. Tim's previous roles include Partner at Gelder & Company, LLP, where the focus was on supporting small to mid-sized businesses in Western New York, and temporary CFO at Flexo Transparent, LLC. Tim's extensive experience also includes serving as Controller for North American Carbide and as a Finance Professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Tim Gelder earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management from St. Bonaventure University and multiple MBA degrees from the University at Buffalo.
