Richard Houghton

Richard Houghton has spent the past two decades working in senior management roles in private equity owned businesses, in both an executive and non-executive capacity. As co-founder of Xchanging, a venture capital funded software and services business, Richard grew the business from 3 people to more than 9,000 staff in 9 countries over 10 years.

Richard’s extensive experience within the software sector and his expertise in developing and implementing strategies for growth businesses are key to his role within Vistair as Chairman.
