Athina Tsipoura

Athina Tsipoura's work experience begins in 2003 as the Head of Career Center at City University. Athina then went on to work as a Training and Development Assistant at the same university from February 2006 to October 2006. Following that, they worked as a Training Design Consultant at Lorien Consulting from October 2006 to September 2008.

In 2008, Athina joined QVC UK and held multiple roles. From September 2008 to September 2011, they worked as a Learning & Development Specialist, focusing on driving corporate initiatives and supporting the strategic learning and development of senior managers. Athina then became the Project Leader of Learning Technologies from September 2011 to January 2014, overseeing the development and maintenance of e-learning projects.

From 2015 to 2019, Athina worked at What If Coaching as an HR & L&D Consultant/Business Coach, offering HR consultancy services across various industries.
