Daniela Leone Ganado has extensive experience in payroll and human resources management. Currently serving as Global Payroll Manager and Payroll and Administration Manager at VistaJet since May 2014, Daniela ensures the proper maintenance and filing of employee/payroll records, manages the onboarding and offboarding of employees, and oversees international payroll processes. Previously, Daniela held the position of HR Officer at Lufthansa Technik Malta Ltd. from June 2010 to April 2014, further enhancing expertise in HR operations. Throughout the career, Daniela has been instrumental in implementing new payroll systems, managing complex payroll queries, and supporting various HR functions, demonstrating a strong commitment to employee administration and compliance.
