Global IT Support Manager at VistaJet

Matthew Vassallo has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and administration. Matthew started their career as a Network Support Technician at Malta Information Technology Agency in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Following that, they joined Accreda Ltd in 2011 and served as a Systems Administrator for three years before being promoted to Senior Systems Administrator in 2014. In 2017, they joined VistaJet as a Systems Administrator and held the role until 2020. Matthew then transitioned to the position of Global IT Support Lead until 2021. Currently, Matthew holds the position of Global IT Support Manager at VistaJet since December 2021.

Matthew Vassallo began their education at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology from 2004 to 2011. Matthew obtained a Higher National Diploma in Networking from this institution. In 2011, Matthew went on to study at the University of Hertfordshire, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in IT. Apart from their formal education, Matthew has also obtained several additional certifications. These include being a Certified Linux Administrator (LPIC-1) from the Linux Professional Institute, a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco, a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) from Microsoft, a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) from Microsoft, and a PRINCE2™ Practitioner in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. The obtained months and years for these certifications are not provided.
