Michael Zammit Galdes

Michael Zammit Galdes has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Michael currently works as a Flight Support Agent at VistaJet since 2023. Prior to this, from 2022 to 2023, they were an ATPL Theoretical Instructor at European Pilot Academy, where they presented comprehensive lessons, provided individualized instruction, and assessed students' progress. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at Malta School of Flying, where they held multiple roles including PPL/ATPL Theoretical Instructor and Flight Operations Personnel. In these roles, they presented lessons, provided instruction, assessed student progress, posted weather reports, transmitted flight plans, and compiled aviation operations reports. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Sales Manager at Francis Busuttil & Sons (Marketing) Ltd., where they submitted reports on subordinates' efficiency and achieved targeted sales goals. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Pet Nutrition House Ltd., managing all marketing activities for the company. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Marketing Manager at deVere Group, where they maintained social media development across multiple platforms. In 2014, they worked as an Account Manager at The Entertainer FZ LLC, leading a sales team, managing publication setup, and developing loyalty marketing platforms. Lastly, from 2013 to 2014, they served as a Teen and Closed Groups Coordinator at ESE - European School of English, where they organized activities, handled transportation, and managed closed groups of multicultural students.

Michael Zammit Galdes began their education journey at the University of Chester from the year 2015 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in general management subjects. Following their postgraduate studies, from 2019 to 2020, they attended the Malta School of Flying to obtain their Private Pilot License (PPL) for aircraft.

Continuing their passion for aviation, from 2021 to 2022, Michael enrolled in the Malta School of Flying once again, this time to pursue an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) for aircraft. Finally, in 2022, they enrolled at the European Pilot Academy to acquire their Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Multi-Engine (ME) and Instrument Rating (IR) in the field of aviation.
