- From 2011 to 2014, they attended Portland Community College and obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Aviation Science/Professional Pilot.

- In 2014, they received certifications as a Single-Engine Flight Instructor and Instrument Flight Instructor from Gorge Winds Aviation.

- In the same year, they also obtained Multi-Engine Flight Instructor Training from Columbia Aviation Center.

- From 2011 to 2014, they underwent Flight Training at Hillsboro Aviation.

- Prior to pursuing higher education, they completed their high school education at Gallatin Senior High School in 2011.

- Vincent attended Lycee Jeanne D'Arc from 2002 to 2010 but did not earn any degree.

In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications. Vincent Billet became an Airline Transport Pilot through the European Union Aviation Safety Agency in 2019 and the Federal Aviation Administration in 2016. Vincent also holds CFI, CFII, and MEI (Certified Flight Instructor, Certified Flight Instrument Instructor, and Multi-Engine Instructor) certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration. Additionally, they hold various certifications from FEMA, including IS-200 ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incident, IS-800 Introduction to National Response Framework, IS-700 Introduction to National Incident Management System NIMS, and IS-100 Introduction to Incident Command System ICS, obtained between 2013 and 2014.
