Naomi Schwaiger

Naomi Grus, M.S., is a seasoned business analyst specializing in customer experience and continuous improvement at VistaVu Solutions since February 2020. With a background that includes expertise in SAP ByDesign and SAP Business One, Naomi has led trend analyses, process re-engineering initiatives, and internal training programs to enhance customer journeys and operational adherence.
