Roland Kawaji

Roland Kawaji is an experienced program manager and chief engineer with a strong background in managing high-value program business unit execution, currently at Visteon Corporation since January 2015. Prior experience includes program management roles at Johnson Controls, where oversight of program resources and multi-project management was key, and supply chain management for the A380 Airbus Thrust Reverse program at SAFRAN. Roland also contributed as a senior consultant for test development on the A380 program at THALES and as a project leader at VALEO, focusing on system validation with global automotive manufacturers. Roland holds a degree in Vibration-acoustique from ISMCM-SUP MECA Paris and a Master's in Mecanique from Paris VI Pierre et Marie Curie.
