Matthew Hays is a seasoned professional in product management and software development, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Vistex since June 2010. Hays has built and consolidated product management teams, encompassing roadmap development, backlog management, product marketing, and sales support functions. Additionally, Hays manages partner relationships, focusing on contract negotiations and strategic planning. Prior experience includes serving as Engagement Manager and Senior Business Consultant at I-many, Inc., where responsibilities included driving major software implementations and managing product design for the company’s flagship contract management software. Hays began a career at Premier, Inc. as Development & Support Manager, overseeing vital contract management software for a large purchasing organization. Hays holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
